Terms & Conditions

Payment of Studio Package
- Full payment of this pre-paid package is to be received in full prior to any use of booking sessions.
- We ONLY accept payment via Cash.

Consumption of Pre-paid Studio Rental
- No limitation of Weekdays or Weekends and after operation hours bookings.
- All bookings are subjected to a minimum of 3-hours per session per use.
- In the case where the left over hours of the current package is less than the above minimum usage requirement, a top-up of $45/hr up to the minimum usage requirement is required. Alternatively, you may allow to carry forward any pre-paid hours from another of the same pre-paid package signed up with us previously or you may also renew your pre-paid package with us on the spot. 
- All pre-paid studio package are to be consumed within 12 months from the date of the contractual agreement.

Submission of Bookings
- All requested bookings are subjected to availability, based on first-reserve-first-serve basis.
- As our preferential customer, priority will be given in the acceptance of your bookings.

Cancellation of Bookings
- All cancellation requests have submitted online via our resource booking system.
- A minimum of 48 hours before the commencement time of the accepted booked session applies.
- For urgent cancellation, ie cancellation with less than 48 hours before the commencement time, please call in to our hotline: 9776 1422 / 23.
- We reserved the rights to reject any last minute cancellation requests with less than 8 hours before commencement time.  A forfeit of a minimum of 1 hour, up to the maximum of your booked session as time-penalty may apply.
- Any no-show without pre-notifications will result in that booked session rental forfeited.
