The Digital Camera, Imaging & Media Show 2009, was held in Mid Valley Exhibition Centre Hall 2, Malaysia. It is organised by Malaysia's premier photography magazine, Digital Camera Magazine.

Studiospace has the honour to visit the event in Kuala Lumpur. The show features some of the latest photographic equipment and accessories. The mother company of the DCM, Velocity Media, also organised the Velocity Angel Search 2009, in search of the model starlings of tomorrow.

There are also many workshops and seminars conducted by famous photographers and professionals. Some of the workshops includes Studio Bridal Portraits, Bird Photography, and Underwater Photography, just to name a few.

Some of the major brands present at the show are Nikon, Canon, Epson, Lumix (Panasonic) and Kata/Lowepro.

All present had a good time with the event-packed itinerary during the DCIM Show 2009. We hoped to visit the show again in 2010.
